Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of PlaceReveal (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PlaceReveal is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Artem Moshkin, registered in Georgia under identification number 104632961, with a registered address at 49 Besarion Zhgenti Street, Tbilisi 0144, Georgia. You can reach us at [email protected].

PlaceReveal is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to help you preview design changes to your own home from photos — including but not limited to paint and finish changes, furniture and staging, renovation visualizations, and related visual outputs ("Outputs"). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

One-time purchases. PlaceReveal is sold as photo packs — one-time purchases of a fixed number of photo credits. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. One credit corresponds to one processed photo; retries of the same photo do not consume an additional credit. Credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase and expire unused after that period.

Merchant of record. Purchases are sold and invoiced by Creem, which acts as our merchant and seller of record. Creem is the seller on the transaction, processes your payment, issues the invoice, and collects and remits any applicable sales tax. Creem's buyer terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms. Prices shown on our site are inclusive or exclusive of tax as displayed at checkout, based on your location.

Refunds. As a matter of company policy, not a statutory entitlement, we will refund a purchase within fourteen (14) days if the pack's credits are unused or substantially unused. Credits that have already been consumed are not refundable, and we may deduct their value from any refund issued. Send refund requests to [email protected]. Because Creem is the seller of record, it may also process a refund on our behalf. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right available to you under the law of your state of residence.

Prices may change at any time; a change never affects a pack you have already bought. Failed, disputed, or reversed payments may result in suspension of access until the matter is resolved.

You retain ownership of the images and materials you upload to the Service ("Uploaded Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• The Uploaded Content depicts your own home, or a property you otherwise have the right to photograph and to submit for processing.
• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the Uploaded Content, including any photos that may depict identifiable individuals or belongings.
• You will not upload content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or that you do not have authorization to use.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that any Output you share with a third party — including an insurer, lender, appraiser, contractor, permitting authority, or a buyer if you later sell or list the property — is not presented in a way that misrepresents your home's actual current condition.

Outputs are generated using machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended elements. We do not guarantee that any Output will be accurate, feasible to build, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the Outputs generated from your Uploaded Content and may use them for personal purposes. We make no representation that Outputs are free of third-party intellectual property claims, and you assume the risk of any such claims arising from your use of an Output.

You may not use the Service to generate NSFW, explicit, or sexually suggestive content, and you may not use the Service as a face-swap, deepfake, or other face-manipulation tool. This is not an exhaustive list: your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms and sets out in full what you may and may not upload or generate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including cloud hosting and AI model providers, to process Uploaded Content and generate Outputs. Use of the Service is also subject to the availability and performance of these third parties, which is outside our control.

The Service itself, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Uploaded Content, your use of Outputs, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time; because packs are one-time purchases, there is nothing to cancel. Unused credits are forfeited when you close your account, without prejudice to any refund you are entitled to under section 3.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any such dispute.

If you are a consumer resident in the United States, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that state where applicable law requires it.
